The form can be completed as opened and must be submitted according to its instructions IN PDF or MS WORD FORMATS ONLY…NO JPEG’s. If you cannot complete and return the form prior to July 31st, please email it to us anyhow. Then print out several (15-20 0r more) copies and bring them with you to the event.
We will not post any ACS Forms received after 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 5th in the online portfolio until well after the event. We will not print ACS forms received after this date and time in our print portfolio for “Matchmaking” officials.
Your willingness to read and follow all instructions, especially those found on this page, is a pre-screening qualifier for potential contractors/suppliers.
This section is referred to as “Contractor Matchmaking” because this is the traditional term for the “One on One Interview” sessions we provide to registered attendees to Tinker and the Primes. However, our military advisors want to make it clear that the promise of a contract award is NOT implied in the meaning of any of these terms or phrases.
We simply provide a format for brief “One On One” interviews with contracting/procurement officials on all three days of the event. Tuesday’s interviews with Tinker AFB will be more informal than the Monday and Wednesday interviews. Tinker officials will meet with prospective contractors/suppliers in our designated interview areas following their respective briefings (CLICK THE AGENDA-AT-A GLANCE MENU ABOVE to view a briefing schedule). The Tinker Small Business Office will also staff a booth at the event.
When you register, your ticket will provide admission to all three days of the event and allow you to set appointments with procurement officials.
Appointment sign up is at the event by “Pen on Paper” beginning at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, August 8th at the US SBA booth. We were unable to install an automated online appointment system for this year’s event
